Etihad Town Phase 1 is one of the earliest and most established sections of Etihad Town, located on Main Raiwind Road near Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore. How the map is organized
The Phase 1 layout is divided into clearly marked residential blocks, labeled A through J, along with two Royal Enclave sections. Each block is planned around its own internal road network, ranging from wide 80-foot avenues that connect major blocks down to standard 30- to 40-foot residential streets within each block. Plot sizes vary from 3 and 5 Marla up to 1 Kanal, spread across the different blocks, so the map is genuinely useful for narrowing down a plot size and block before visiting in person.
Beyond residential plots, the map also marks out the society’s core infrastructure: a central park spanning over 70 Kanal in Block C, smaller neighborhood parks scattered across other blocks, a grid station, two graveyards, and reserved sites for schools, a clinic, and mosques. Commercial areas are positioned along the main boulevards and entrance roads, giving shops and offices strong visibility and easy footfall, which is exactly what the layout was designed to achieve.

Because Phase 1 has multiple blocks with overlapping plot categories, cross-checking a plot’s exact block, size, and position on the approved map before any transaction is essential.
