Block A is the northernmost residential block in the Etihad Garden Phase-II master plan, positioned closest to Sheikh Zayed International Airport and fronting directly onto Airport Road.

Location within the Scheme

Block A occupies the upper-central portion of the layout, wrapped around the main entrance boulevard that runs south from Airport Road toward the scheme’s central roundabout. It sits between the airport-side road network to the north and the commercial hub with the roundabout to the south, making it one of the more prominent, accessible blocks in the society.

Plot Numbering

Plots in Block A are numbered in two visible series on the map:

  • A-1xx series (e.g., A-122, A-121, A-120, A-119 … down through A-104, A-102) running along the western edge of the block.
  • A-7x series (e.g., A-78, A-77, A-76, A-73, A-72, A-71) running in parallel rows toward the eastern side, closer to the commercial plots.

The plots are arranged in tight rows facing internal access roads, with parking lanes (30 feet wide) running alongside them.

Mix of Plot Types

Block A isn’t purely residential — the map shows it bordered by and interspersed with commercial and public-use land:

  • A strip of commercial plots runs along the block’s eastern/southern edge, closest to the main boulevard.
  • A plot marked “PB for Local Services” (public building, roughly 4118.14 marla based on the label) sits at the edge of the block, likely reserved for a hospital, school, or similar civic facility.
  • A small cluster of mortgage plots is located near the block’s southern tip.

Sold vs. Available

Going by the color coding on the map, a large share of Block A’s plots — particularly along the main road frontage and the commercial strip — are already marked as sold out. Some pockets of residential availability remain further into the block’s interior rows.

Why Buyers Are Drawn to Block A

  • Airport proximity — closest block to Sheikh Zayed International Airport.
  • Direct Airport Road frontage — high visibility and easy access.
  • Mixed-use surroundings — residential plots close to commercial and public-service plots, useful for day-to-day errands.
  • Central positioning — short distance to the scheme’s main roundabout and commercial core.
