Block D is one of the smaller residential blocks in the Etihad Garden Phase-II master plan, tucked between Block B and Block E in the western portion of the layout, immediately next to the society’s Masjid.

Location within the Scheme

Block D sits just west of Block B and east of Block E, forming a narrow residential strip that runs alongside the main north-south road connecting to Main Road #3. Its most defining feature is its direct adjacency to the Masjid (136.49 marla / 6.82 kanal), which borders the block on its northern side — making Block D arguably the closest residential block to the mosque.

Size and Layout

Compared to Blocks A, B, and E, Block D is visibly the smallest block on the map, consisting of a compact cluster of rows rather than an extended grid. This gives it a tighter, more intimate residential footprint, with plots arranged in a small number of parallel rows served by internal access roads.

Surroundings

  • Masjid — directly bordering the block, offering the shortest walk to Friday prayers of any block in the scheme.
  • Block B — immediately to the east, connected via internal roads.
  • Block E — to the west, the largest residential block in the society, separated from Block D by an internal road.
  • Main Road #3 — runs nearby, giving the block access to the wider road network.

Sold vs. Available

Given its small size and prime location next to the Masjid, a notable share of Block D’s plots are shown as sold out on the map, with more limited pockets of availability compared to the larger blocks.

Why Buyers Are Drawn to Block D

  • Closest block to the Masjid — a key draw for buyers prioritizing walking distance to prayer.
  • Compact, quiet layout — fewer plots than the larger blocks, which can mean a more tight-knit residential feel.
  • Central position — sandwiched between Block B and Block E, with reasonable access to both the commercial core and Park 7.
