Block E is the largest residential block in the Etihad Garden Phase-II master plan, occupying the entire southwestern portion of the layout, bordered by the scheme’s biggest park.

Location within the Scheme

Block E sits at the far western edge of the society, west of Block D and separated from the rest of the layout by an internal road system. It stretches diagonally along the southwestern boundary, running parallel to Park 7 (1055.3 marla / 52.78 kanal), one of the largest green spaces in the entire scheme.

Size and Layout

Unlike the more compact Blocks B and D Block, Block E extends across a long, elongated stretch of land, made up of many parallel rows of plots running end-to-end. Its scale makes it the primary residential zone of Phase-II, offering the largest volume of plots of any single block.

Plot Numbering

Plots in Block E follow an E-series numbering scheme, visible in rows such as E-8, E-7, E-6, E-5 … continuing through the E-100s range, arranged in long, parallel strips separated by internal streets.

Surroundings

  • Park 7 — runs directly alongside Block E for nearly its entire length, giving a large share of its plots close proximity to green open space, a distinguishing feature compared to the other blocks.
  • Block D — borders Block E to the east.
  • Internal roads connect Block E back toward the Masjid, Block B, and the central commercial hub, though it’s the furthest block from the airport-side entrance.

Sold vs. Available

Block E shows a mix of sold and available plots throughout, but based on the map’s color coding, it holds the largest share of available residential plots in the entire scheme — making it the main block where new buyers are likely to still find inventory.

Why Buyers Are Drawn to Block E

  • Park-facing plots — the long stretch beside Park 7 is a major selling point for buyers wanting green views and open space.
  • Largest inventory — more available plots than any other block, offering more choice in size and position.
  • Quieter, residential-only character — set apart from the commercial core, appealing to buyers who prefer distance from traffic and retail activity.
